Sources familiar with the situation indicated that Nvidia intends to commence mass manufacturing as early as June and would release a new artificial intelligence chipset for China at a far lower price than its lately limited H20 variant.
Two of the sources estimate that the GPU, or graphics processing unit, will be priced between $6,500 and $8,000, much below the $10,000-$12,000 the H20 sold for. This will be part of Nvidia’s newest generation Blackwell-architecture AI processors.
Its lesser qualities show in the reduced pricing.
