Sunday’s President Donald Trump agreed to postpone the 50% tariff deadline for the European Union. The president also criticized Putin and Zelenskyy while weighing in on Russia’s increased, nocturnal strikes on Ukraine.
On Sunday, Trump also kept attacking Harvard, challenging its openness and calling for the disclosure of the names of its overseas students.
This week on Capitol Hill, the House approved the “One Big Beautiful Bill Act” to support Trump’s domestic agenda. It now moves to the Senate, where it will most certainly be altered.
Amid Russia’s increasing attacks on Ukraine, President Donald Trump attacked both Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Sunday on his social media page.
Trump underlined his good friendship with Putin but mentioned that “something has happened” which has made him “crazy!”
Declaring they occurred “for no reason at all,” the president seemed to be discussing the Russian strikes on Ukraine overnight.
